Our Firm
I.C. Dave & Co. ® was established in the year 1936 by
Late Shri Indukumar C. Dave. The firm has been in continuous legal practice through four generations and is based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
The firm is engaged in the practice of criminal law. Its professional work includes advising and representing clients in criminal proceedings before various Trial Courts and Sessions Courts across the State of Gujarat. We also appear before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat and, in selected matters, before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as permitted under law.
We undertake professional work relating to criminal proceedings at different stages, including trial, appeal, and other proceedings, subject to applicable statutory provisions and professional regulations.
